Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 HOURS' NOTICE is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than
24 HOURS' NOTICE will incur a
50% CANCELLATION FEE.
NO-SHOWS will be charged
100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.
Clients arriving more than 15 MINUTES LATE may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete the service safely.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require PREPAYMENT when booking future appointments.
